Optimizing a building's performance
The PNM Building Tune-Up Program offers rebates for commercial customers to optimize building performance and improve system efficiency of small, medium and large commercial buildings using a whole-building approach.
Building Tune-Up Offerings Include:
Advanced AC Tune-Up
Incentives for diagnostic and tune-up service on rooftop air conditioning units for small-to-medium-sized buildings.
Building Operator Certification
Tuition reimbursement for qualified building operators and facility managers to complete a national training program that improves skills and knowledge for energy-efficient building maintenance. Each offering has specific eligibility requirements and benefits. To see if you qualify, please review the customer agreements and applications for each.
Retro-Commissioning
Tier 1 Study incentives are available when participating PNM Authorized Contractors conduct basic retro-commissioning facility assessments on medium-size buildings and report on the findings.
Tier 2 Study incentives are available when PNM Authorized Contractors conduct more complex assessments on large buildings and report on the findings. Both tiers also offer savings incentives to building owners for implementing the results of the study assessments.
IMPORTANT: All participants in this program must agree and adhere to the Building Tune-Up (BTU) Program Policies & Procedures in order to qualify for incentives.
